"Together" (the "Service") is operated by Tommy Yeh (an individual developer, "we" or "us"). We value your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
(1) Account information
When you create an account via Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo (a relay email address if you use Apple's Hide My Email).
The nickname, profile information, and ratings you set.
(2) Location data
With your permission, we access your precise location (GPS) to show your position on the map, find nearby activities, and set the location when you create an activity.
Important: Your precise device location is used only for your own map browsing and for finding nearby activities; it is not shared in real time with other users. Note that the location you choose for an activity you create is shown to other users so they can find and join that activity.
(3) Content you create
Activity information (title, description, time, location, capacity, ticket price), uploaded activity photos, comments, chat messages, and activity application/participation records.
(4) Transaction data
Order records when you purchase activity tickets or a Plus subscription (amount, item, status, time).
Plus subscription payments are processed by Apple (in-app purchase); we do not store your card details.
(5) Device and usage data
Device identifiers required for push notifications, and basic usage and error logs, used for operations and improvement.
2. How We Use Data
Provide and operate core features (map matching, creating/joining activities, chat, favorites, notifications).
Process ticket purchases, Plus subscriptions, and membership benefits.
Account verification, security, and prevention of abuse and fraud.
Customer support, service improvement, and troubleshooting.
Processing necessary to comply with applicable laws.
3. Data Sharing
(1) With other users
Your public profile (nickname, photo, rating), the activities you create, your comments, and your participation status are shown to other users. Please do not include personal information you do not want others to see in public content.

We may disclose data where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
4. User-Generated Content, Reporting & Blocking
The Service contains user-generated content (activities, photos, comments, chat messages). You are responsible for the content you post.
You can report objectionable content or users, and block other users. Once blocked, that user's content is hidden from you and they can no longer interact with you.
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behavior. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate our terms.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the Service. After account deletion, we will delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period (except where retention is required by law, such as transaction records).
You can delete your account in the app (Settings / Profile → "Delete Account"). After deletion, your account and related personal data will be permanently removed.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures (such as encryption in transit and access controls) to protect your data; however, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law (including Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act), you may exercise the following rights regarding your personal data: to inquire about and review it, obtain a copy, supplement or correct it, request that we stop collecting, processing, or using it, and request its deletion. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details below.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you are below the age of consent in your jurisdiction, please use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
