Together (com.exfantasy.together, the "Service") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The Service is intended only for users aged 16 and over. Any content or conduct that endangers children is strictly prohibited.
2. Prohibited conduct
The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account termination and action under applicable law:
Creating, uploading, sharing, distributing, or linking to any CSAM.
Grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation, or sexual contact involving minors.
Any content that sexualizes minors (including real, animated, AI-generated, or fictional).
Recruiting, facilitating, or otherwise enabling any of the above.
3. How to report (in-app + email)
In-app: users can report suspected child-safety issues from any activity, chat, profile, or comment using the "Report / Block" feature; reports are sent to us for review.
Review and remove violating content as quickly as possible.
Suspend or permanently ban offending accounts.
Preserve necessary evidence and report to the appropriate authorities (e.g., child-protection bodies, law enforcement, and NCMEC where applicable) under local and national law.
5. Legal compliance
The Service complies with all applicable child-safety laws and cooperates with authorities' investigation and reporting obligations.
6. Age policy
The Service is not available to anyone under 16. Accounts found to belong to minors will be disabled.
